Does New Delhi need an arrant stratgen in Indo-Pacific ?

Indo pacific doesn't have a patent for geographical or political cartography. First time, the term 'Indo Pacific' was used by the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Indian soil in 2007.
